Dopo aver depositato il primo strumento su Marte, il lander InSight lo ha ora coperto con una cupola, per proteggerlo da vento, vibrazioni e variazioni estremi di temperatura (nel luogo dove InSight è atterrato, la variazione di temperatura giorno/notte è i circa 94°C)... in questo modo i dati del sismografo saranno corretti e si potrà cominciare a capire qualcosa in più della composizione interna di Marte!
After it laid down the first instrument on Mars, the InSight lander has now covered it with a dome, to protect it from wind, vibrations and extreme temperature variations (in the place where InSight landed, the day/night temperature variation is about 170°F)... in this way the data of the seismograph will be correct and we can begin to understand something more about the internal composition of Mars!
