Gli astronomi che stanno studiando la cometa 2I/Borisov hanno rilevato tracce di acqua nella coda di gas che si sprigiona dal nucleo mentre si avvicina al Sole. In genere tutte le comete ne emettono, ma questa è acqua che viene dall'esterno del sistema solare, e quindi è la prima volta che viene osservata...
Oh, e gli astronomi pensano anche che esistano molti più oggetto interstellari nel sistema solare in ogni momento, solo che non siamo in grado di individuarli ed osservarli, per ora... Si pensa che in futuro, con telescopi più grandi, se ne possano individuare due-tre all'anno!
