Che rumore fanno i martemoti? Il sismometro del lander InSight è stato costruito per ascoltare questi rumori, captando piccolissime vibrazioni. È talmente sensibile che registra il rumore del braccio della sonda che si muove, o lo sfregamento di parti interne al sistema... anche il vento provoca forti rumori!
Tuttavia gli scienziati ritengono di aver individuato almeno 21 movimenti tellurici, e anche noi possiamo ascoltarli, seguendo il link presente sul sito della NASA!
What kind of noise do marsquakes make? The seismometer of the InSight lander was built to listen to these noises, picking up very small vibrations. It is so sensitive that it records the sound of the moving arm of the probe or the rubbing of parts inside the system... even the wind causes strong rumours!
However, scientists believe they have identified at least 21 marsquakes, and we too can listen to them, following the link available on NASA website!
