Dopo essere stati i primi ad atterrare sul lato nascosto della Luna, i cinesi sono ora i primi a far crescere un vegetale sulla luna: a solo 2 settimane dall'allunaggio è nata la prima piantina di cotone all'interno del lander... scopo dell'esperimento è verificare se e come possono crescere piante in assenza di gravità e con elevate radiazioni cosmiche.
Dopo il cotone, aspettiamo la nascita delle altre piante presenti: colza, patate e Arabidopsis, senza dimenticare il moscerino della frutta, anch'esso presente...
