Durante l'eclissi di Luna avvenuta qualche giorno fa, sulla Luna è stato osservato qualcosa mai visto prima: infatti, se è abbastanza frequente che il nostro satellite venga bersagliato da meteoriti, l'impatto raramente è visibile dalla Terra, perché la scintilla di luce che provoca generalmente si confonde nella luminosità della Luna. Questa volta però c'era un'eclissi, ed il punto luminoso è stato individuato e fotografato... Se verrà confermato che si è trattato dell'impatto di un meteorite, sarà la prima volta che un evento simile viene registrato durante un'eclissi!
During the lunar eclipse a few days ago, something never seen before was observed on the Moon: in fact, if it is quite frequent that our satellite is hit by meteorites, the impact is rarely visible from the Earth, because the spark of light which causes is generally hidden by the brightness of the Moon. This time, however, there was an eclipse, and and the light spot was identified and photographed... If it is confirmed that it was the impact of a meteorite, it will be the first time that a similar event is recorded during an eclipse!
