After almost three months, the sandstorm that blows on Mars, which has blocked the Opportunity rover, seems to be decreasing. The Sun peeks into the sky again and should recharge the batteries of the "old" rover - it was built for a 90-day mission and it's still there, after aalmost 15 years...
f all goes well, Opportunity will call hone, but the wait could last for a few months, during which NASA scientists will be patiently waiting...
