Beer & Cheese

Per una strana coincidenza, a pochi giorni di distanza una dall'altra sono state pubblicate le notizie del ritrovamento del più antico formaggio del mondo, le cui tracce sono state ritrovate in Croazia, dentro del vasellame vecchio di 7.200 anni, e della più antica birra del mondo, ritrovata in mortai scavati nel pavimento in un sito archeologico in Israele e vecchia di 13.000 anni!
Birra e formaggio! E tutto questo mentre si sta svolgendo la 185ª edizione della Oktoberfest a Monaco di Baviera!

By a strange coincidence, at a distance of a few days one from the other, the news of the discovery of the oldest cheese in the world, whose traces were found in Croatia, inside some 7,200-year-old pottery, and of the oldest beer in the world, found in mortars carved into the floor at an archaeological site in Israel and 13,000 years old were published!
Beer and cheese! And all this while the 185th edition of the Oktoberfest in Munich is taking place!
