L'Internet delle cose (Internet of Things - IoT) rappresenta la capacità di oggetti quotidiani di rimanere connessi tramite Internet - es. i termostati controllabili da app o i frigoriferi che ci dicono quando un cibo sta per scadere...
Questo sistema però presenta - e la discussione continua da parecchio tempo - una forte vulnerabilità, perché difficilmente gli oggetti vengono aggiornati, e quindi le loro "debolezze" potrebbero essere sfruttate per prenderne il controllo da remoto. E finché è il frigorifero, pazienza, ma sembra che anche alcuni pacemaker possano essere violati da remoto, generando scariche quando non servono o impedendone il funzionamento... e questo richiede una profonda riflessione...

And as long as it is the refrigerator, who cares, but it seems that even some pacemakers can be violated remotely, generating shocks when they will not be needed or preventing their proper operation... and this requires a deep reflection...
