La novità sta nel fatto che queste case ("livable yachts") sono in grado non solo di spostarsi, ma sono anche energeticamente autosufficienti, si possono sopraelevare dall'acqua e sono molto lussuose - come uno yacht appunto... una casa mobile a due piani di 400 m², che può essere anche personalizzata!
