And Someone Is Withdrawing from the Paris Agreement...

Qualche settimana fa scrivevo di un "grosso cubetto di ghiaccio" che si è staccato da una piattaforma in Antartide (qui e qui).
Oggi il New York Times pubblica un report preliminare firmato da 13 agenzie federali americane che conferma che esiste un riscaldamento globale e disegna uno scenario catastrofico se non verranno prese misure...
Il report è stato inviato al giornale in forma anonima da qualcuno che teme che l'amministrazione Trump possa evitare di pubblicarlo...
E qualcuno si ritira dagli accordi di Parigi...

A few weeks ago I wrote something about a "big ice cube" that broke off from an ice shelf in Antarctica  (here e here).
Today, the New York Times publishes a preliminary report signed by 13 US federal agencies confirming that global warming exists and forecasting a catastrophic scenario unless proper measures are taken...
The report was sent to the newspaper in anonymous form by someone who fears that the Trump administration may avoid publishing it...
And someone is withdrawing from the Paris agreements...
