Fresh Vegetables

Sulla ISS l'astronauta Peggy Whitson ha appena effettuato il quinto raccolto di vegetali... in questo caso cavolo cinese.
Il cavolo è stato scelto tra diversi vegetali a foglia dopo molti test effettuati a terra, e la coltivazione è stata un successo; ora manca il test organolettico: gli astronauti in orbita, infatti, sentono poco i sapori, forse a causa della distribuzione diversa dei liquidi corporei in assenza di gravità, che dà una sensazione di congestione, come quando si è raffreddati...
Cavolo fresco a pranzo!

Aboard the ISS astronaut Peggy Whitson has just harvested the fifth crop of vegetables... in this case Chinese cabbage.
The cabbage was chosen from among several leafy vegetables after many tests carried out on the Earth, and the cultivation was a success; now what is missing is the organoleptic test: the astronauts in orbit, in fact, feel dull tastes, perhaps because of the different distribution of body fluids in the absence of gravity, which gives a feeling similar to congestion, such as when one catches a cold...
