The Biofabrication Institute, a partnership between Queensland University of Technology and Metro North Hospital and Health Service, was created to bring to the next level the creation of artificial organs using 3D printing and the operating room of the future; in fact, using the most advanced techniques available, it will be able to produce bone, cartilage and other human tissues damaged or lost.
