Già nel 2017 gli astronauti che arriveranno sulla ISS saranno trasportati da navicelle private, di Boeing e SpaceX... per prepararsi all'arrivo di questi razzi, sulla ISS sono stati montati due adattatori di attracco che permetteranno alle navicelle-taxi di connettersi facilmente alla stazione.
