Un team di astronomi della Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa hanno trovato delle indicazioni che i buchi neri supergiganti che si trovano al centro delle galassie, come la Via Lattea, si sono creati direttamente dal collasso di nuvole giganti di gas, senza che ci fosse l'esplosione di una stella.
Quindi non sarebbero buchi neri che si ingrandiscono a velocità elevate, ma buchi neri che sono nati già grandi, e si ingrandiscono a velocità "normali"...
A team of astronomers from the Scuola Normale Superiore in Italy found evidence that the supermassive black holes found in the center of galaxies ,like the Milky Way, were created directly from the collapse of giant gas clouds, without any star explosion.
So they wouldn't be black holes growing at a very fast rate, but black holes born big, growing at "normal" rate...
