Can Computer Learn?

I computer sono riusciti  battere l'uomo in giochi di strategia e analisi come scacchi e Go.
Ma questo è sufficiente per dire che possono, o potranno, imparare o fare previsioni?
C'è una differenza fondamentale tra l'uomo ed il computer: il computer può avanzare ipotesi solo in base a quello che sa, può cioè fare analisi induttive, mentre l'uomo è in grado di considerare anche eventi che non si sono verificati finora, e che hanno una probabilità molto bassa di verificarsi, perché è in grado di immaginare eventi che non si sono mai verificati prima.
In altre parole, per un computer se non è mai successo non è possibile...

Computers  were able to beat the man in games of strategy and analysis like chess and Go.
But is this enough to say that they are able, or will be able to, learn to make predictions?
There is a fundamental difference between man and computer: the computer can only speculate based on what it knows, i.e. what it can do are inductive analysis, while man could also consider events that have not occurred so far, and which have a very low probability of occurrence, because he is able to imagine events that have never occurred before.
In other words, for a computer if it has never happened it is not possible...
