1. Un forte senso etico ed un alto standard morale
2. La capacità di organizzarsi ed organizzare gli altri
3. La chiarezza comunicativa
4. La capacità di cambiare opinione ed imparare
5. La volontà di crescere e far crescere

Being a leader is difficult: but what are the most important skills for a leader? A study carried out on 195 leaders in 15 different countries identified these:

1. A strong sense of ethics and high moral standards
2. The ability to organize themselves and the others
3. The clear communication
4. The ability to change their minds and learn
5. The desire to grow and let others grow
