Esploriamo l'EXPO: questa settimana la Svizzera.
Tema: "Confooderatio Helvetica"
Per l'ultima domenica di EXPO ho scelto la Svizzera, saltando alcuni paesi, perché trasmette un messaggio importante: la scarsità delle risorse alimentari nel mondo e la necessità per i paesi più fortunati di essere meno egoisti. Quattro torri, piene di caffè, mele, sale ed acqua accolgono i visitatori, che sono invitati a servirsi gratuitamente di quanto messo a disposizione, con l'unica raccomandazione di prenderne in modica quantità, perché tutti ne possano godere... man mano che le torri si svuotavano, il pavimento scendeva: partito dal quarto piano, ora tre della quattro torri sono vuote. È rimasto solo del caffè...
Bellissime anche le altre esposizioni, tra cui un modello del Gottardo e dei quattro fiumi che da esso partono, con cascatelle di acqua che simulano la pioggia...
Inoltre la Svizzera è stato il primo paese che ha aderito ad EXPO Milano 2015...
Exploring EXPO: this week Switzerland.
Theme: "Confooderatio Helvetica"
For last EXPO Sunday I selected Switzerland, leaving behind other Countries, because it gives an important message: the scarcity of food resources in the world and the need for the most fortunata Countries to be less selfish. Four towers, filled with coffee, apples, salt and water welcome visitors, that are invited to help themselves with the goods free of charge, with the only recommendation to take sparingly, so that everyone can enjoy... as the towers were emptied, the floor was descending: starting from the fourth floor, now three of the four towers are empty, with only some coffee left...
The other exhibitions are beautiful, too; among them, a model of the Gotthard and of the four rivers flowing from it, with small waterfalls simulating the rain...
Additionally, Switzerland was the first country to join EXPO Milano 2015...
