Non sempre, solo d'estate quando la temperatura sale fino a -23°C (meno!).
Ed è acqua salata... come dire: d'estate si va al mare :-)

Not always, only during summer, when the temperature rises to a -10°F (minus!).
And it is salted water... Like saying: let's go to the beach in Summer! :-)
