Sex and Colors

Le donne e gli uomini preferiscono colori diversi.
L'infografica a questa pagina mostra chiaramente che, sebbene entrambi scelgano il blu come colore preferito in maggioranza, le similitudini sembrano fermarsi lì. Infatti gli uomini preferiscono le tinte più forti e vivaci, mentre le donne preferiscono le tinte chiare e meno vivaci. Incredibile poi la differenza nel range dei nomi: dove gli uomini identificano 7 colori, le donne riconoscono 29 tinte... :-)

Women and men prefer different colors.
The infographic on this page clearly shows that, although both genders select blue as the favorite color, in majority, the similitude seems to stop there. In fact, men prefer stronger and bright colors, while women prefer colors lighter and softer. What's incredible is the difference in the name range: where men identify 7 colors, women recognize 29 tints... :-)
