Nell'ottobre 1962 il mondo si trovò sul bordo della terza guerra mondiale, che sarebbe stata combattuta con armi nucleari.
Ma il presidente USA JFK, imparando dall'errore della Baia dei Porci dell'anno precedente, istituì un nuovo modo di prendere decisioni che, con un sospiro di sollievo da parte di tutti, portò alla decisione "giusta".
Chissà quanti sarebbero qui a raccontarlo se la decisione fosse stata differente...
In October 1962 the world was on the edge of the third world war, that would have been fighted with nuclear weapons.
But US president JFK, learning from the Bay of Pigs fiasco from the previous year, started a new way to take decisions that, with a sigh of relief by all parties, led to the "right" decision.
Who know how many will be here to tell the story if the decision would have been different...
