A volte è difficile comprendere le strategie di un'azienda: Ballmer ha preso in mano un'azienda fiorente (anche se antipatica) e non è riuscito a tenerla al passo con i tempi, non è riuscito a trasformarla per renderla attuale - ma è sempre antipatica ;-). Perché è rimasto alla guida per più di 10 anni?

Sometimes it's difficult to understand a Company's strategy: Balmer took over a blooming company (although unpleasant) and he wasn't able to keep it up-to-date, he wasn't able to transform it to keep it actual - although it's still unpleasant ;-). Why has he been running Microsoft for more than 10 years?
