Ponendo domande si abituano i collaboratori a cercare le risposte, piuttosto che ad obbedire agli ordini... e così facendo si permette la loro crescita, e, contemporaneamente, si libera un po' di tempo da dedicare alla leadership, quella vera...

Is it better, for a leader, to give orders or to ask questions?
Asking questions we accustom our collaborators to find the answers, instead of obeying to orders... and in this way we allow them to grow, and, in the mean time, we free up some time that we can dedicate to leadership, true leadership...
