Birth of a Planet

A 335 anni luce da noi, nella costellazione della mosca, intorno alla stella HD100546, sta probabilmente nascendo un pianeta. Un pianeta lontano dal suo sole, con un'orbita della durata di 360 anni terrestri.
È la prima osservazione di una fase così precoce della nascita di un pianeta mai fatta.

At 365 light years from us, in the constellation Musca (The Fly), around the HD100546 star, a new planet is probably rising. A planet distant from its sun, with an orbit 360 Earth years long.
It is the first observation of such an early phase of the birth of a planet.
