Non sono un fan di FIAT e ne penso tutto il male possibile. Negli ultimi venti anni non hanno innovato, e anzi hanno peggiorato il loro listino, riuscendo inoltre a far naufragare altri grandi marchi italiani, come Alfa Romeo, dopo averli acquistati...
La massima innovazione è stata lanciare una nuova 500... auto che era già vecchia quando io avevo i pantaloni corti, e che non riesce a convincermi...
Però i gusti sono gusti...
Tuttavia, questo non giustifica una cattivo servizio al Cliente, specialmente negli Stati Uniti, patria che fa del servizio l'ingrediente principale di un rapporto venditore-compratore; per cui mi ha molto sorpreso leggere questa storia...
I'm not a fan of FIAT, and I think all the bad of it. In the last twenty years they haven't innovated at all, and they have even worsened their product list, succeeding in sinking other famous Italian brands besides, like Alfa Romeo, after acquiring them...
The biggest innovation was to launch a new 500... a car that was already old when I was very young, and that is unable to convince me...
However, this does not justify a bad Customer service, particularly in the United States, where service is the primary ingredient of a seller-buyer relationship; so I was really surprised to read this history...
