Why?

Amazon ha improvvisamente chiuso l'account di Linn, e cancellato dal suo Kindle tutti gli acquisti.
Se ciò è previsto dal contratto, in caso l'utente faccia qualcosa di illegale, è quantomeno lecito aspettarsi una spiegazione.
PERCHÈ?
E questo è ciò che manca... Amazon, nonostante le richieste, non ha fornito una spiegazione a ciò che è successo... un colosso come Amazon non dovrebbe sottrarsi alle - giuste - richieste di spiegazione.
Considerando che la sua prima prima ricchezza sono i Clienti, penso che dovrebbe fare di tutto per mantenerli.
