Quando si acquisisce autorità, si tende a deumanizzare gli altri, a considerarli come mezzi verso un fine, piuttosto che come persone... e questi non sono buoni boss...
Invece un bravo boss deve avere un'"attitudine mentale alla sottrazione", nel senso che deve sempre cercare di rimuovere cose non buone o non necessarie.
