1. Comunicate un impellente ragione per il cambiamento
2. Coinvolgete le persone nel proporre e attuare i cambiamenti
3. Siate preparati a modificare i vostri piani in base ai suggerimenti ricevuti
4. Impegnatevi a cambiare voi stessi attraverso le azioni, e non solo le parole
5. Aspettatevi che occorra tempo...

3. Be prepared to adapt your own plans based on feedback
4. Commit to the change yourself in action and not just words
