Sentivo questa mattina in radio di sondaggio che dice che gli italiani traslocano in media quattro volte durante la vita; i deejay parlavano della difficoltà del trasloco come cambiamento, e mi è venuto in mente il libro "Chi ha spostato il mio formaggio"... se non l'avete letto, ne vale la pena...
Il cambiamento è necessario. Il cambiamento è l'unica costante. Tuttavia è sempre difficile quando imposto, mentre è molto più facile e proficuo quando è condiviso.
This morning, I was listening at the radio the deejays speaking of a survey: Italians move house four times in their life, on average. They were discussing the difficulties of moving home in terms of change, and I recalled a booklet titled "Who moved my cheese"... if you haven't read it, please do, it's worth the time...
Change is necessary. Change is the only constant. However, it is always difficult when imposed, while it's much easier and profitable when it's shared.
